BORROWASH VICTORIA JOIN THE EAST MIDLANDS COUNTIES FOOTBALL LEAGUE
At the meeting held at Pride Park on Monday 9th June the title of The East Midlands Counties Football League was accepted by the member clubs. The league will consist of 18 teams (in alphabetical order) Bardon Hill Sports, Barrow Town, Blackwell Miners Welfare, Borrowash Victoria, Dunkirk, Ellistown, Gedling Miners Welfare, Gedling Town, Graham St Prims, Greenwood Meadows, Heanor Town, Hinkley Downs, Holbrook Miners Welfare, Holwell Sports, Ibstock United, Kirby Muxloe, Radford and St Andrews. The league also hopes to announce a sponsor in the near future.
